Job Summary
Lead the execution of the Oosterweel infrastructure project, managing organization, planning, and coordination across technical, administrative, and budgetary domains. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and the client while overseeing work implementation and resolving technical issues. Organize site meetings, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with ISO and VCA quality and safety procedures. Communicate regularly on project status and lead teams to deliver the project on time and within budget. Requires a master's degree in engineering, experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, and strong stakeholder management skills. Full-time contract with flexible hours, car allowance, and benefits including insurance and meal vouchers.
Required Qualifications
- Master's diploma (technical direction, preferably electromechanics) or equivalent through experience
- Experience in the infrastructure sector with experience in tunnels, water treatment, etc.
- Experience in implementing and controlling quality management systems ISO and VCA procedures (safety, quality, environment)
- Experience as a manager in leading and motivating teams
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Fluent Dutch
- Flexible regarding working hours and location, including regular travel to sites
- Valid driver's license B
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ability to maintain relationships with the client and other involved parties
- Ability to control and monitor the execution of works
- Ability to organize necessary site meetings
- Ability to evaluate and report on work progress
- Ability to intervene in technical problems and direct where necessary
- Responsibility for the organization, planning, and coordination of a project in the fields of technique, administration, and budget
- Ability to lead the work site
- Experience in realizing large projects
- Availability for weekend shifts and irregular hours (implied by flexibility and site travel requirements)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of legislation on public tenders
