Senior Project Manager (Onsite)

Lead the full project lifecycle from customer order through final delivery and close-out across U.S. and China teams. Develop and manage detailed schedules, plans, and risk registers; ensure milestones, engineering releases, production schedules, and logistics timelines are met; facilitate kick-off, progress, and close-out meetings; identify and resolve risks impacting cost, quality, or delivery. Act as central coordinator between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance; lead daily/weekly execution reviews; implement standardized PM processes, tools, templates, and reporting; ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements; drive continuous improvement in pre-production, engineering, scheduling, and hand-offs; partner with IT to enhance project management systems and reporting tools; provide coaching and mentoring to Project Managers and Project Coordinators; lead weekly U.S./China PM operating meetings; travel up to 25% to customer sites or events. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 7–10+ years PM experience in relevant environments, proficiency with PM tools, ERP experience, and PMBOK/Agile knowledge.
