Job Summary
Senior Project Manager will serve as the mentor and single point of contact for defined client-facing projects, independently planning all aspects including guidelines, deadlines, resources, budgets, and processes; oversee project activities, define timelines and priorities, and ensure client objectives and quality measures are met; guide cross-functional teams, consult with clients on timelines and resources, collaborate with leadership on progress, and manage risk with contingency plans; oversee documentation, recruit SMEs, lead cadence meetings, monitor performance against metrics, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client, stakeholder, and vendor relationships; requires ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and adapt to change within a warehousing/logistics-focused 3PL environment; 25% time on the warehouse floor interacting with clients; strong analytical and presentation skills and experience with third-party logistics relationships are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, industrial engineering or equivalent education/work experience preferred
- 5+ years of demonstrated project management leadership and engagement experience preferred
- Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred
- Hands-on experience in third-party logistics relationships including startups and continuous improvement projects preferred
