Job Summary
Senior Project Manager embedded with a major corporate client to lead delivery of industrial development projects from inception through to completion, ensuring on-time, within-budget execution and adherence to program. Responsible for development advisory and project management services across multiple projects, managing local authority approvals, design/value management, and accurate financial reporting within budgets while collaborating closely with the client to optimise outcomes and ensure quality benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ industrial project management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, project management or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety and Safety in Design principles across industrial developments
