Job Summary
Lead a project team to deliver projects on time and on budget, managing internal and external teams including planners, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Drive projects from inception to completion by defining scope, schedule, and budget, while reviewing design documents for compliance and assisting with permit acquisition. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee quality assurance processes. Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating meetings and identifying business development opportunities. Develop and evaluate RFPs, lead project acquisition efforts, and manage financial performance through invoice reviews and comprehensive reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Engineering, or Facilities Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methods including: Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
- In-depth knowledge of building and facilities design and construction projects
- Desire and ability to work independently with excellent people skills and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively on large and diverse projects
- Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience
- Basic Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
