Senior Project Manager

Oversee design and completion of architectural projects by leading teams to produce quality construction documents and managing all phases from Pre-Design through Construction Administration. Ensure projects conform to client contractual agreements, meet established budgets and goals, and maintain positive client relationships through regular progress updates and stakeholder coordination. Organize and direct architectural and engineering teams to execute work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner while mentoring junior staff and providing technical expertise for construction documents. Communicate professionally with office support, consultants, and vendors, and perform Construction Administration duties as required, including occasional travel to project sites and client meetings. Report to the Client Executive/Principal Architect to ensure exceptional quality and client service standards are met.
