Job Summary
Senior Project Manager NASAH will oversee a portfolio of capital projects and noise insulation programmes related to airport operations, leading a team of Project Managers, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with standards. The role requires site presence four days a week with one remote day, extensive coordination with the Airport Transformation Manager, governance and delivery methodologies, management of design reviews, change control, risk registers, and monthly reporting. Proficiency with NEC/FIDIC contracts and strong stakeholder engagement are essential, as is experience operating in a live airport environment and managing complex, multidisciplinary project portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience within the construction and infrastructure sector
- Involvement in aviation and/or other comparable projects of similar scale and complexity
- Strong understanding of working within a live airport operational environment
- Demonstrated site-based project delivery experience
- Experience developing construction project management best practices, policies, procedures, and delivery standards
- Track record of delivering construction and asset delivery projects on schedule and within budget
- Experience acting in client-side Project Manager role
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts
