Job Summary
Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of public works infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, roadway, and drainage systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while overseeing a team of engineers, EITs, and technical staff. Ensure projects meet time, scope, and budget targets by collaborating across disciplines to navigate permitting and regulatory compliance. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and contribute to proposals and presentations. Monitor project financial performance and resource planning. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Florida, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
- 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal projects
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong technical expertise in municipal water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway infrastructure
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and project management skills
