Job Summary
Senior Project Manager will co-lead or lead large-scale multifamily housing projects, ensuring successful budget and schedule management while maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing work plans, creating proposals, guiding clients through the design process, and providing high-quality project documentation adhering to industry standards. This role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of project management experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a clear understanding of the architectural and construction processes. Candidates with current architectural licensure and Revit proficiency are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-family housing experience
- 10 years of business, architecture, or project management experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- Evidence of successful achievements of project goals, budgets, and schedules for projects with a $30M construction budget
- Highly-developed problem solver and communicator
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and confidence in public speaking
- Clear understanding of architectural business and construction process
- Advanced knowledge of building code and project processes
Desired Qualifications
- Current Architectural Licensure

- Evidence of community stewardship with the ability to create brand awareness and build relationships to win work
