Job Summary
Senior Project Managers lead and run complex large-scale projects in multifamily housing. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining workplans, meeting profit plans, guiding clients, and ensuring high-quality documentation. Candidates must have extensive experience in project management, architecture, and business, with a strong emphasis on achieving project goals and budgets for projects valued at $30M. Preferred qualifications include current architectural licensure and proficiency in Revit.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-family housing experience
- 10 years of business, architecture or project management experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management or related field
- Evidence of successful achievements of project goals, budgets, and schedules for projects with a $30M construction budget
- Highly-developed problem solver and communicator
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Clear understanding of architectural business and construction process
- Advanced knowledge of building code, science, and project processes
Desired Qualifications
- Current Architectural Licensure
- Revit proficiency
- Evidence of successful achievements of project goals for projects with a $50M construction budget
- Evidence of community stewardship with the ability to create brand awareness and build relationships to win work
