Job Summary
Manage multi-family construction projects from estimating through occupancy by overseeing subcontracts, budget management, payment applications, and schedules. Coordinate resource allocation, risk mitigation, safety, and quality while maintaining client relations and developing strategies to expand the construction division's portfolio. Mentor team members including Project Managers and Superintendents, lead a skilled collaborative group, and interpret construction documents to ensure objectives are met. Requires 8+ years of experience and proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and AutoCAD. Reports to the Vice President of Multi-Family in a growing, supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in construction or a related field
- Bachelor's or master's degree in construction management or a related discipline
- Extensive knowledge of multi-family project types and trades
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- Proficient in MS Project
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in Procore
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in Outlook
- Proficient in Zoom
- Proficient in MS Teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD (for plan viewing)
- Proficient in DocuSign
- Proficient in contract negotiation
