Job Summary
Lead complex cross-functional projects across business units using PMI, Scrum, Agile, or hybrid methodologies to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and meeting technical and business requirements. Translate leadership needs into actionable projects, manage resources, and oversee project governance, portfolio, and financial management. Build relationships with executives and subject-matter experts to collaboratively accomplish goals, manage stakeholder communications, and establish robust decision-making models for issues and risk mitigation. Lead project meetings, manage deliverables including documentation and status reports, and forecast timelines while developing best practices to minimize inefficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with project management and/or agile methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)
- Ability to manage project resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical and business requirements

- Demonstrated breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others
