Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale marketing/creative campaigns, overseeing project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and execution across cross-functional teams. Responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget, tracking hours and budgets against SOWs, mapping out phases and milestones, coordinating internal and client communications, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. The role involves managing multiple client programs, coordinating with Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and Leadership, and ensuring successful delivery from start to finish. Potential for freelance/contract opportunities alongside full-time needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of project management experience in a marketing/creative agency setting
- experience managing large-scale, multi-phase campaigns (including social media campaigns, video content production, and influencer campaigns)
- strong cross-functional collaboration across client service, strategy, creative, and production
- proficiency with Google Suite
- experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, Harvest)
- excellent communication skills and ability to translate between departments
- detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- proactive, adaptive, and organized with a focus on delivering client value
