Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead deployment of RapidDeploy products for large/complex strategic public-safety engagements. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle from kickoff to production go-live, coordinate with customer stakeholders across organizational levels and internal teams, proactively manage scope, schedule, risks and issues, and support onboarding, training, acceptance testing, and change management. Responsibilities also include creating internal/external documentation, conveying product feedback to Product Management, supporting RFPs/SOWs, and contributing to the overall vision of RapidDeploy. Travel up to 20% and base salary in the $110k-$120k range. Legal work authorization in the U.S. is required; employer sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Project and/or Program Management in client-facing environments
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous customer implementations
- Experience leading cross-functional projects (product, engineering, QA, customer success)
- Experience with project schedules and complex dependencies
- Experience analyzing customer needs and configuring software applications to meet those needs
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS deployments (preferred) and Public Safety industry knowledge (preferred)
