Job Summary
Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring tight alignment with business goals and ROI. Champion PMO methodologies, refine processes and governance, and proactively develop mitigation strategies for identified risks. Act as a core mentor to junior PMs, accelerating their development and conducting framework reviews to upgrade collective execution capabilities. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and KPIs using advanced data analytics, Google Sheets, and AI tools to translate project data into strategic narratives for leadership. Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, presenting status updates, risk profiles, and recommendations while navigating high-stakes stakeholder relationships. This role bridges strategy and tactical execution within the Offer Management team, leveraging modern tooling to drive organizational velocity and deliver critical business results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience, preferably with experience in Service - Implementation, Telecommunications, Radio Communications, or Aerospace/Defence preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar is preferred
- Demonstrated competency with a project management tool (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet)
- Deep understanding of how project deliverables impact the broader business operations, P&L, and strategic objectives
- Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (complex formulas, nested functions, data modelling) combined with a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to augment and accelerate technical workflows
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to command a room, influence stakeholders, and mentor junior peers
- An insatiable appetite for learning new technologies, methodologies, and business domains
- Highly organized, structured, and process oriented; team building skills a plus
- Certified PMP preferred
- Agile/Scrum Certification an advantage
