Job Summary

Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives from scoping through implementation, partnering with senior stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and delivery roadmaps. Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams across multiple regions while identifying, managing, and communicating project risks and dependencies proactively. Provide clear updates to stakeholders on progress, value delivery, and key decisions, and analyse metrics to support decision-making and improve performance. Contribute to team development by sharing best practices and coaching members to strengthen capabilities. This role sits within the Wealth Project Management team, serving as a bridge between strategy and execution to improve operations and support sustainable business growth.

Required Qualifications
