Job Summary
Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple large-sized projects, accountable for all aspects from initial proposal/bidding through profitable completion with a special emphasis on safety performance. Support data center and mission critical projects focusing on medium voltage (MV) duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems. Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded while maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills and working effectively within teams. Requires 10+ years of related experience, familiarity with Project Management software, and the ability to travel for long-term onsite commitments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience
- Experience working on medium voltage (MV) duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data centers
- Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven
- Acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Ability to travel
- Commit to long term onsite projects
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
