Job Summary
Lead multiple projects to ensure profitable and timely completion by managing teams and resources to meet safety, quality, and budget expectations. Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication and collaboration while building our reputation as the go-to contractor for significant energy infrastructure projects. Requires 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction, with proficiency in project scheduling software and willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project scheduling software
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites frequently
