Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead the execution and delivery of high-rise residential construction projects from pre-construction through occupancy. Develop and manage project schedules, procurement strategies, budgets, and risk management plans while overseeing financial performance, cost control, and forecasting. Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Provide leadership to project teams, including Project Coordinators and Site Superintendents, and prepare project updates for senior leadership. Manage subcontractor tendering, contract awards, and trade partner relationships across multiple master-planned communities in the GTA.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple high-rise residential towers in the GTA
- Strong Construction Management background with expertise in scheduling, procurement, budgeting, contract administration, cost control, and trade management
- Experience managing projects valued at $100M+
- Extensive knowledge of cast-in-place concrete construction, building envelope systems, MEP coordination, and finishing stages
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
