Senior Project Manager

Lead all phases of large, complex, or high-risk commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, establishing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure delivery within company expectations. Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, coordinating logistics between office and field operations while representing the company in client and industry engagements. Oversee procurement activities, review change orders and submittals, and manage project closeout documentation including punch lists and warranties. Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Coordinators through performance feedback, training, and conflict resolution to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Report to the VP of Operations, contributing to strategic planning and business development efforts while maintaining expert knowledge of construction means, methods, and scheduling best practices.
