Senior Project Manager - MEP (m/f/d) - Industrial Construction Projects

Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for MEP-focused industrial construction projects. Responsible for managing overall project cost, schedule and budgets; coordinating General Contractor and directly contracted vendors/consultants; tracking critical milestones to avoid delays; leading client and required meetings; analyzing drivers of construction costs and reporting on data; supporting engineering decisions during design-build changes; advocating on behalf of the client during disputes or change orders; and overseeing transfer of building operations to the client including close-out documentation and warranties. Requires a degree in electrical or civil engineering, architecture, or related discipline, 10+ years of relevant experience with strong MEP expertise, proven leadership of large-scale programs, fluent German and English, and proficiency with MS Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in electrical or civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant fields, including strong MEP expertise and industrial construction
- Proven experience in leading or co-managing complex large-scale projects and programmes
- Extensive knowledge of modern leadership practices, with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office applications and spreadsheet tools
