Job Summary
Senior / Project Manager - MEP (Data Centre) oversees monitoring contractor progress, ensures alignment with the master schedule, conducts quality checks and site inspections for MEP works, manages and tracks submittals, RFIs and shop drawings, prepares regular reports (daily logs, weekly updates, monthly progress), maintains and updates the risk register and issue logs, coordinates with hotel operations to minimize disruption, facilitates contractor meetings and documents minutes, and supports the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 5-10 years of site-based project management experience with 2 years in data centers, strong MEP systems knowledge, proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, experience with QA and safety protocols, and good English communication.

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in site-based project management
- 2 years in data center
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
- Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols
- Good command in English
