Job Summary
Plan and implement cross-functional projects within the medical device industry, including cardiovascular device trials. Facilitate project scope, goals, and deliverables while developing full-scale plans and resource requirements. Assemble staff, schedule timelines, and manage risk mitigation strategies. Track deliverables, monitor progress to stakeholders, and implement changes to achieve outputs. Manage study budgets, invoicing, and project evaluations. Requires four years in medical device or pharma clinical research, two years in project management, and one year in a managerial role. ICH/GCP/FDA knowledge and a bachelor's degree are required, with a master's preferred. This contract role involves travel to North Carolina, Minnesota, and California, with the ideal candidate residing near a major airport.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years' experience in medical device / pharma clinical research Industry
- At least 2 years' project management experience
- At least 1 year experience in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medicine, science or relevant discipline
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP/FDA regulations and guidelines for medical devices and/or pharmaceutical/biologic agents
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
- Must reside near a major airport
- Must be available for travel to North Carolina, Minnesota and California on a regular basis
