Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for mechanical and plumbing projects, coordinate withEstimating/Operations, lead kick-off meetings, review design/drafting, manage submittals and logs, monitor schedules, oversee safety, mentor engineers, manage BIM integration, track RFIs and QA/QC, handle billings, and coordinate with vendors/subcontractors; role requires BS-related degree, strong HVAC/mechanical and construction background, and senior-level project-management experience.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture is preferred
- MUST have commercial HVAC mechanical experience
- MUST have a construction background
- Preferred to have 7+ years of experience in Project Management
