Job Summary
Senior Project Manager - Mechanical responsible for determining project needs and constraints, supervising/managing project managers and site teams, reviewing contracts, leading on-site efforts to meet safety/quality/productivity milestones, coordinating with property and contractors, developing scope of work and project specs, and preparing/controlling budgets, schedules, and documentation. Leads cross-functional coordination, develops subject-matter expertise in vertical markets, assists with MEP assessments and engineering reports, and ensures closeout documentation and warranty coverage while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college, military training or technical school with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes
- Pre-employment drug testing
- Background investigation
- Clean driving record
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug test
- Physically capable work environment descriptions included (as per role)
