Senior Project Manager- Mechanical

Senior Project Manager – Mechanical responsible for generating business and providing general management of mechanical and MOFE systems construction projects; overseeing staff and ensuring other Project Managers perform these tasks. Proficient with PC and MS Office; familiarity with Accubid and AutoCAD preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating purchasing and material logistics, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, planning and staffing mechanical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and timely delivery, attending management and sales meetings, coordinating with Talent and Estimating departments, mentoring managers, evaluating leadership capabilities, delegating with accountability, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Travel 10-25% and schedule aligns with project needs; requires Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training and 1 year of mechanical estimating experience or 5 years in the mechanical trade with 1 year electrical estimating experience.
