Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for HVAC/Mechanical Construction in Seattle who will oversee field staff, budgets, schedules, risks, and project engineers; supervise PMs, Project Engineers, and administrative staff; interface with the General Contractor to keep projects on schedule; requires 5+ years of PM experience and a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management; responsibilities include coordinating with subs and vendors, overseeing financials and risk management, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of project management experience in the mechanical/construction realm
- Experience keeping projects on track, on time, and under budget
- Understanding of HVAC, boilers/chillers, controls and/or plumbing systems preferred
