Job Summary
Direct-hire Senior Project Manager for mechanical construction based in Kansas City area. Lead complex mechanical projects, manage field staff, subcontractors, and vendors; oversee coordination, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety, contracts compliance, and quality. Monitor profitability and client relationships with inspectors and internal teams; lead teams with substantial travel to jobsites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in construction/mechanical engineering, or 5+ years mechanical trade experience, or equivalent
- 10+ years in mechanical construction project management, directly overseeing work (healthcare facilities preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related trades; experience in preconstruction, VDC/BIM a plus
- Valid driver's license, clean background/drug/MVR; ability to travel
