Senior Project Manager - Mechanical and Electrical

Control overall operational delivery of multi-million pound mixed-use industrial and commercial projects from bid through pre-commencement to completion. Ensure safety is visible in all activities while leading teams and specialist subcontractors through every stage. Manage risks, review scope of works and installation methods, and maximize efficiency and profitability in the delivery phase. Lead contract reviews, prepare business plans with the Commercial Director, and engage in business strategy and company communications. Maintain positive long-term customer relationships and ensure precise provision of customer requirements. Possess demonstrable mechanical building services experience in full lifecycle management of high-value projects and ability to obtain security clearance.
