Job Summary
Lead and oversee the design of complex Land Development projects in the UAE from inception to completion. Manage multi-disciplinary teams for infrastructure and master planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with international standards. Apply extensive planning and design-stage project management experience to drive projects through all phases. Requires strong technical understanding in master planning, infrastructure, transport planning, landscaping, and sustainability, plus UAE planning/design experience.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Project Manager
- strong technical background in infrastructure and/or master planning
- extensive planning/design-stage project management experience
- strong technical understanding in Land Development disciplines (master planning, infrastructure, transport planning, landscaping, sustainability)
- UAE planning/design experience
- knowledge, skills and expertise to lead multi-disciplinary land development teams
- drive internationally significant Land development projects from inception to completion
