Job Summary
Manage end-to-end projects for change and transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high client satisfaction. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while creating and managing budgets to control costs. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks, and changes. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and aligning members with project goals. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor the project lifecycle to adjust plans as necessary. Prepare reports for senior management and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams. This hybrid role requires three days in the NYC office weekly. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience leading projects and transitions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading projects, transitions, program management and change management
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Proven track record in managing and delivering projects within the organizational constraints
- Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to effectuate change
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior stakeholders
- Work individually as well as within team with minimum supervision and ability to handle tight deadlines to deliver projects within the scope
- Must be in the office 3x per week
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification in Project Management
- Experience working in large and complex organizations working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong business analysis, organizational design, and process improvement experience
- Having an MBA
