Senior Project Manager (Marketing Operations) - 12m FTC

Lead cross-functional transformation projects within Freshfields' Marketing and BD Global Operations (MBD Global Operations) to deliver on client strategy and marketing activity. Own end-to-end delivery from initiation through to post-launch review, defining governance, RAID logs, and high-quality reporting for senior sponsors. Collaborate with MBD, IT, and data teams to translate business requirements into practical solutions, coordinate activity across technical and business workstreams, support process redesign and change adoption, and manage vendor and technology discovery activities. Bring hands-on experience with enterprise technology platforms (including Salesforce) and tools like Foundation and Power BI, and demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and benefits realization. Ensure a clear, prioritized project portfolio for resource planning and contribute to continuous improvement across global operations.
