Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leads Marketing's creative production across in-house teams, external agencies, and freelancers, acting as the connective tissue between Creative Services, Marketing, and Studio. Responsibilities include allocating and sequencing work across Video, Graphic, and Illustration, coordinating with Product Marketing, Community, and Growth Marketing, managing asset delivery with Studio, and ensuring integrated delivery for game-related campaigns. The role requires 8+ years of experience, is full-time and on-site at the Downtown Vancouver studio, with travel as needed. Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite and Asana is expected, with knowledge of AI tools a plus. Strong stakeholder management, planning, budgeting, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a creative project management role
- Experience as lead or sole project manager within a multi-disciplinary creative team
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Asana or equivalent project management tools
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their application to project management workflows a plus
- Entertainment or gaming industry experience is an asset
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, KanBan)
- Resource allocation and budget management
- Risk management and mitigation
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Stakeholder and licensor relationship management
- Campaign and project planning and execution
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing industry trends and best practices
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking
- Proficiency in project management software/tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)
