Job Summary
Plan and coordinate complex national and international logistics projects from initial customer inquiry through calculation, operational execution, and final billing. Act as the central contact for clients while managing transport solutions across various modes, negotiating rates with carriers and agents, and ensuring accurate documentation. Monitor project milestones and shipment progress proactively to identify deviations early, driving profitability and developing pragmatic solutions for urgent changes. Collaborate closely with international Crane Offices, operations, sales, and pricing teams to maintain smooth information flow and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, ein Studium im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Spedition
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse internationaler Transport- und Logistikprozesse
- Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Verkehrsträgern
- Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Erfahrung in Kalkulation, Kostenkontrolle und Profitabilitätssteuerung
- Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Betreuung anspruchsvoller internationaler Kunden und Projekte
- Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
- Fähigkeit, auch für komplexe oder ungewöhnliche Anforderungen praktikable Transportlösungen zu entwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und TMS-Systemen
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internationalen Partnern
- Fähigkeit, auch dann den Überblick zu behalten, wenn ein Projekt einmal nicht nach Plan läuft
