Job Summary
Lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through market launch within the Treatment portfolio, managing new product development, value engineering, and localization initiatives. Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables while coordinating activities across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations. Identify and manage project risks, develop business cases, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, facilitate decision-making in a matrix organization, and present updates to leadership. Prepare and present project updates, recommendations, and key decisions to leadership, contributing to the continued growth and innovation of the Treatment business.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Several years of project management experience within an engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or product development environment
- Proven experience delivering complex projects and leading cross functional teams
- Experience in new product development and/or R&D project management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions
- Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, business case development, and risk management
- A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Fluent English skills
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required (up to approximately 25%)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in water, wastewater, environmental, or related industrial sectors
- German language skills
