Job Summary
Design and implement strategies for new regulations aligned with organizational objectives, leading multiple complex operational projects simultaneously. Allocate resources, budgets, and personnel while identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure project continuity and compliance. Engage subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels to challenge assumptions and drive value-added outcomes, monitoring performance metrics to keep initiatives on track. Requires five years of senior-level experience in strategic regulatory projects within a top-tier financial institution, fluency in English, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (or equivalent higher education) in Business, Finance, or a related field
- internationally recognized certification in Program and/or Project Management
- Minimum of five years' senior-level experience leading strategic, regulatory or change implementation projects within a top-tier financial institution or consulting firm
- Deep understanding of end-to-end banking processes, from front- to back-office operations
- Strong IT proficiency, with the ability to leverage technology in project delivery
- Fluency in English
- Excellent conflict management and resolution abilities
- outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
