Job Summary
Lead complex, high-value custom store fixture projects from sales through delivery and installation, managing estimates, samples, prototypes, and accurate drawings for retailers and commercial clients. Define project scope, assemble teams, and utilize SmartSheets to create detailed plans identifying deadlines, critical paths, and quality standards while mitigating potential issues. Coordinate inventory, sourcing, and deliveries with shop supervisors and field staff to ensure timely production meeting design, functionality, and profitability targets. Conduct weekly reviews, generate executive progress reports, and perform post-mortems to analyze material usage and drive process improvements. Develop strategic customer relationships, mentor junior team members, and lead initiatives to streamline administrative and manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant work experience in project management, design, or manufacturing, preferably in custom fixtures or related industries, with demonstrated success leading complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in project management, architectural, construction, engineering, or a related field preferred, or commensurate experience
