Job Summary
Senior Project Manager role in a transportation-focused, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy across Ireland with offices in Dublin, Dundalk, Cork, and Galway. Responsibilities include contract/commercial management, leading the design process, line management and mentoring of junior staff, developing tender proposals, leading bids, and building client relationships. The candidate is expected to be a Chartered Engineer with experience delivering schemes from concept to detailed design, capable of handling projects of varying size and complexity, and prepared to take on senior responsibilities including potential Project Director duties. The role supports a hybrid working culture with international remote working opportunities and involves collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners across Ireland/UK. Driving licence is required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level in engineering (level 8/9)
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent
- Experience delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in Ireland/UK
- Experience in project life cycle from concept to detailed design
- Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary design team
- Strong communication and client-relations skills
- Full driving licence
