Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead interior fitout delivery across shell/core and fitout interfaces, develop detailed delivery plans aligned with program milestones, coordinate with base-build teams to ensure smooth interface between shell/core and fitout phases, plan procurement schedules with long lead items and global sourcing, manage fitout budgets and identify value-engineering opportunities, lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, contractors, and client representatives, serve as main client liaison and report progress, risks and mitigations, ensure compliance with local codes and AtkinsRéalis standards, support BIM integration (LOD 300/350+) and contribute to final as-built FM data, oversee QA/QC procedures and oversee handover procedures including O&M manuals and asset registers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in interior fitouts, with at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role within the GCC
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent PM tools; familiarity with BIM platforms is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
