Job Summary
Lead and execute all aspects of project delivery for construction projects, including managing sales/preconstruction activities, budgets, schedules, and warranty, while developing and mentoring teams; build and maintain relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders; oversee bid/budget processes, owner contracts, change orders, safety programs, and ensure profitability, contract compliance, schedule adherence, quality, and safety performance; drive leadership, communication, and continuous improvement across project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- OSHA 10
