Job Summary
Lead and mentor a dynamic group of technical professionals to serve clients well while preparing proposals and agreements. Develop trusting relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders through effective coordination of project tasks, budgets, and schedules. Champion professional development for team members and actively participate in design, plan production, and permitting for land development projects. Guide projects from initial concept through final design and construction support, balancing client expectations, technical quality, and schedule. Contribute to firmwide growth via market engagement and continuous improvement of standards and practices. Based in Nashville or Franklin, TN, this role supports a multidisciplinary team shaping Middle Tennessee's expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (or related engineering discipline where applicable) from an ABET-accredited program
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Tennessee
- 8+ years' experience managing substantial projects from conception to completion including estimating costs of technical tasks in land development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in panhandle market highly preferred
