Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Job Summary
Lead project design, permitting, and calculations for land development initiatives, ensuring compliance with FDEP, WMD, and local codes. Manage communication with project teams, clients, and agencies while performing site visits and attending external meetings. Oversee commercial, residential, municipal, and utility projects across subdivisions and parks. This role requires a Florida PE license, 8+ years of land development engineering experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D. Weekend, overtime, and overnight travel may be required. NV5 is an ENR Top 500 firm providing engineering and consulting solutions to public and private sector clients in infrastructure and energy markets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years land development engineering experience
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering
- Florida PE License
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Stormwater and utility experience
- Must pass mandatory DMV check
- Must be able to carry, lift and push/pull up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to walk over rough and uneven terrain and be able to stand up to 10-12 hours a day on occasion
- Must have the ability to see, smell, hear, talk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel and twist, crouch, crawl, reach, grasp, sit, stand, and walk
- Weekend and overtime work and/or overnight work and travel may be required
