Lead a Land Development team by operating with integrity, providing business planning and strategy, and establishing clear goals. Build and maintain positive client relationships through open communication with partners and staff while growing and mentoring the practice. Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, and direct resources effectively with a high degree of autonomy. Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
