Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Land Development responsible for leading high-impact engineering projects, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring delivery quality. Primary duties include acting as the lead for report writing and site plan design, using AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete assignments to Atwell’s standards, overseeing QA/QC, reviewing and sealing project documents, analyzing survey data and easements, coordinating with project managers and team leaders to track workflow, and supporting financial objectives. Requires 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial land development, a PE license, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
