Job Summary
Lead report writing, site plan design, drainage, and grading due diligence for land development projects. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review assignments, oversee QA/QC processes, and seal documents ensuring full compliance with engineering standards. Analyze survey data, legal descriptions, and easement documents while making necessary edits to plans for agencies and municipalities. Guide junior staff on technical queries and coordinate workflow status with Project Managers to meet chargeability goals. Support team financial objectives and contribute to project success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 8+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development including design, project management, business development and invoicing
