Job Summary
Senior Project Manager responsible for leading complex capital programs from planning through closeout in healthcare, education, government, civic, or commercial sectors; cultivate client relationships and develop new business opportunities; serve as the owner's trusted advisor on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management; navigate local and state regulatory environments, permitting processes, and jurisdictional requirements; mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and business development; requires 15+ years in construction project management with a track record of managing $25M+ capital projects; strong working relationships with building owners, institutional clients, or public agencies; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; preferred certifications include CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or LEED AP; experience with bond programs or multi-project capital improvement programs.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
- Demonstrated track record managing $25M+ capital projects.
- Strong working relationships with building owners, institutional clients, or public agencies.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

- Experience navigating state and local regulatory approvals and project closeout requirements.
