Job Summary
Senior Project Manager / Owner's Representative at Brookwood Group to lead complex capital programs across healthcare, education, government, and commercial sectors. Responsibilities include leading capital programs from planning through closeout; cultivating client relationships and developing new business opportunities; serving as the owner's trusted advisor on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management; navigating local and state regulatory environments and permitting processes; mentoring junior staff; and contributing to proposals and business development efforts. The role emphasizes autonomy in managing client relationships and leveraging Brookwood's resources and technology platform.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
- Demonstrated track record managing $25M+ capital projects.
- Strong working relationships with building owners, institutional clients, or public agencies.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience navigating state and local regulatory approvals and project closeout requirements.
- CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or LEED AP certification.
- Experience with bond programs or multi-project capital improvement programs.
