Job Summary

Oversee highly complex building structural projects with full responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Develop project management plans, lead design efforts for steel, concrete, and masonry structures, and conduct site investigations. Serve as the primary client contact while negotiating contracts, tracking financials, and preparing monthly performance reports. Mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and identify risks to drive projects to successful completion. Manage multiple project teams across the Mid-Atlantic Region and beyond, balancing competing demands to achieve cohesive deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry)
  • minimum of 6 years of related professional experience
  • 10 years of equivalent professional experience
  • track record of expanding project management duties
  • Proven experience in project management roles
  • track record of successful project delivery
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate project teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge in the specific field of the project
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to project management, quality assurance, and safety protocols

  • ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to complete the KCI PM Training and Contract Risk Training along with passing the PM Board within 6 months of start date
