Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, overseeing site activities, installations, quality control, and project progress. Develop detailed project programmes, budgets, and reporting structures while coordinating designers, technical teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project risks, implement mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and CDM regulations, and act as the primary client liaison. Drive projects through to practical completion, commissioning, and final handover. Full-time FTC contract based in Birmingham with an ideal start date of 15 August 2026. Salary range £55,000—£60,000 GBP.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex construction, fit-out, or installation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and project delivery
- Excellent contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel and be site-based as required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on hospitality, leisure, commercial, retail, or high-end fit-out projects
- Relevant project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
