Job Summary
Senior Project Manager based in Gothenburg, Sweden, leading strategic planning, organization, and motivation of project teams to deliver high-value airline-operations software solutions. Manage multiple concurrent projects within the EMEA region, coordinating with the Project Director and Client Solutions Owner/Product Owner. Travel frequently within EMEA to engage with clients. Engage with a diverse, agile team in a globally distributed organization, delivering solutions that create value for airlines and customers. Requires a Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent, 5+ years of Project Management experience, strong SCRUM/Agile experience, English fluency, excellent communication, and leadership capabilities; preferred certifications include PMP, Scrum Master, and SAFe Agilist.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Extensive experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of management
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, coaching and team-building skills
- Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently within EMEA
- Ability to lead business consulting, sales, and collaborate with clients
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or similar certification
- Scrum Master Certification
- Certified SAFe Agilist
